Get ready for a day filled with holiday magic and family fun! Join us at Citadel Outlets for Santa’s Big Day, a free event packed with festive activities to get everyone in the holiday spirit. Enjoy balloon twisting, giant games, face painting, and more. Don’t miss special appearances by Mrs. Claus for a storytime, holiday characters, and our caricature artist! Kids can write letters to Santa, take part in a scavenger hunt, and explore creative fun at our coloring tables. Plus, capture the season’s joy with adorable photo ops throughout the center.
For an even more magical experience, join us for a ticketed Breakfast with Santa in our Community Room for $30 + fees. Enjoy a delicious breakfast catered by Ruby’s Diner, meet Santa and coloring station. Spots are limited, so book early!

Join Santa and Mrs. Claus and make your Holidays even more special on Saturday, December 6 from 9 am-11 am for a buffet pancake breakfast for $30 + fees.
The breakfast will take place on the Citadel Outlets patio with a view of the World's Tallest Live-Cut Christmas Tree brought to you by COACH.
Santa and his North Pole friends will be available for photos and meet and greets.
Your ticket will include:
- Pancake breakfast provided by Ruby's Diner
- Printed photo with Santa and your family
- Coloring Station
- Meet & Greet with Santa, Mrs. Claus and other North Pole Characters during the tickets pancake breakfast.
Tickets are required for guests 4 years of age and older. All proceeds go to CHiPs for kids to help children have a toy this holiday season. You may bring a new unwrap to if you would like to contribute.

Guests can drop off new, unwrapped toys at our designated collection points, helping to bring joy and smiles to children across the community. Together, we’re spreading holiday cheer and making a difference, one toy at a time!
