Parking

Parking can be quite challenging during this busy shopping event at Citadel Outlets. Here are some useful tips to help you navigate the parking situation smoothly:

  • Arrive at the outlet early to secure a spot closer to the entrance. The parking lots tend to fill up quickly, so it’s best to come ahead of time.
  • Consider carpooling with friends or family members to minimize parking stress. Sharing a ride helps reduce the number of vehicles in the parking lot.
  • If possible, explore alternative transportation options. Utilize ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft, or take public transportation to the outlet. This can save you the hassle of finding parking altogether.
  • If valet parking is still available, take advantage of them. Valet parking can offer convenience and peace of mind, especially during busy shopping events. Valet parking is available in our main parking lot next to Ruby’s and off Hoefner Avenue and costs $10 per vehicle.
